City Stomp is built for cafes that want a traditional espresso their customers recognise. Dark chocolate backbone, caramel sweetness, a touch of vanilla. It pulls cleanly, holds up under milk, and doesn't surprise anyone in a bad way.
The three origins each do a job. Brazil gives body, Papua New Guinea adds vanilla and richness, Colombia keeps the acidity balanced. It's a workhorse blend for busy service.
