Summit Grind: Single Origin is roasted to order in Australia and shipped fresh, never roasted to a warehouse or left to sit on a shelf. Popayán is located in the department of Cauca at 1700 metres above sea level, and the region's topography is perfect to grow exceptional coffee. The so-called Meseta de Popayan is sheltered by the Andes mountain range, which helps generate homogenous climactic and altitudinal characteristics. The result is a balanced profile with floral, fruity and caramel notes.
Around 65 growers contribute to the Popayan Reserve program, which encourages farmers to focus on quality, with up to a 20% premium above market price offered for quality lots. As an Australian specialty coffee, Summit Grind: Single Origin is ethically sourced and packed in eco-friendly packaging, ready for cafes, offices and venues across the country.
Available in 250g and 1kg bags, ground fresh to your brew method (whole bean, espresso, filter, pour over, plunger or French press, and Aeropress). Wholesale and volume pricing scales with quantity, with free freight on bulk orders, so it suits home brewers and wholesale buyers alike.
